STAIRS AND RAILINGS
  • Carpeted stairs to 2nd floor area with painted spindles and oak handrail.
PAINT

CABINETS
  • Selection for kitchen and vanities according to vendor’s allowance.
  • Laminate counter tops.

  • Tiles with underlay to be chosen from Vendors samples. Allowance includes kitchen, dinette, all bathrooms, foyer, hall, and laundry.
  • Carpet with high density 9mil under-pad from Vendors selection.
  • 3 ¼” Hardwood in den or dining room included.
INTERIOR DESIGN
  • 3 hours with an interior designer for interior and exterior selections.

All selections from Vendors samples and per plan.  No credits for any unused allowances.
